I am a mobile therapist covering Nottingham, Ravenshead, Mansfield and surrounding areas. I offer a variety of different treatments that you will receive in the comfort of your own surroundings at home. Do not worry if you have not had a treatment in the past, I will be happy to talk to you about the treatment before we start. People react to treatments in many different ways - some are full of energy and are ready to tackle any obstacle that comes there way, others become very relaxed and mellow. I have added some information to the Aftercare section of the website that will help you to adjust after you have received your treatment.
Make time
We should all take some time out for ourselves away from the kids, the hustle and bustle of the supermarket or after the frustration of being stuck in traffic jam on the way home on a Friday after a long working week.
Putting some time aside to relax is important. Stress affects everyone’s lives to a greater or lesser degree. Believe it or not a small amount of stress can be a good thing! It can get out of hand though and start to affect the way that you feel. There are many different symptoms of stress which include insomnia, stomach and skin problems, frequent colds and flu due to an impaired immune system, anxiety and fatigue. There can be other causes of these symtoms, it is always important to consult a doctor if you have any concerns about your health.
The treatments that I perform can help in different ways. Some people just enjoy taking time out to be pampered. If you want to be pampered even more or have tight muscles that need working on, blocked sinuses or enjoy receiving a full body treatment the Therapies section will be worth a look.
